Site visit
I come out, look at the space, and talk through what you want the kitchen to do differently. Takes about an hour. No charge.

Quote
You get a written quote with line items — cabinets, counters, tile, labour — so you can see what you're paying for. If the budget doesn't line up, we talk about what to cut or phase.

Ordering
Cabinets and countertops have lead times. We order early, and I'll tell you straight whether a 2-week or 8-week lead is realistic for what you picked.
- 04
Build
Most kitchens run four to eight weeks from demo to final. Your cabinet install and counter template happens in a specific order — I'll walk you through the schedule before we start so you know when the room is out of service.

Walkthrough
Before we leave, we go through every cabinet, drawer, outlet, and fixture together. If anything's not right, it's still my problem.

How much does a kitchen renovation cost in New Brunswick?+
It depends entirely on scope. A countertop swap is a few thousand. A mid-range full renovation in Rothesay or Saint John typically lands in the $30,000–$70,000 range. A full custom kitchen with premium materials can go well beyond that. We give you a written, itemized quote before anything is ordered.
How long will my kitchen be out of service?+
Most full kitchens take four to eight weeks on site. The period with no functioning sink or stove is usually two to three weeks — we plan that window as tightly as we can.
Do you handle custom cabinets, or only stock?+
Both. Stock and semi-custom work fine for a lot of layouts and have faster lead times. Full custom is the right call when the dimensions are awkward or you want something specific. We can walk through the trade-offs on the site visit.
Can you move walls or change the layout?+
Yes — opening up a kitchen, pushing a wall back, or removing a non-load-bearing partition is common. Load-bearing changes get engineered properly with the right permits.
