Our home town. A mix of older character homes along Rothesay Road and post-war builds through the park, plus newer subdivisions out toward Gondola Point. Most of what we see here is older kitchens and bathrooms due for a gut renovation, and floors that have seen several owners.

A lot of newer construction here compared to Rothesay — typical jobs are layout updates, kitchen islands and countertop upgrades, and bathroom reworks in houses that are ten to thirty years old. Subfloors are usually in decent shape, which speeds flooring work.

Saint John is where we see the widest range — century homes in the uptown with irregular walls and older plumbing, suburban builds on the west side, and everything between. Older homes need careful waterproofing work in bathrooms and honest subfloor assessment before any flooring goes down.

Smaller town, mix of older rural-style homes and newer subdivisions. Jobs here tend to be full renovations rather than cosmetic refreshes — folks call us when they've lived in the house for a while and are ready to do a bathroom or kitchen properly.

West of the city. Mostly detached homes, some older and some newer. We've done a range of bathroom and kitchen work here — drive time means we usually schedule these as longer blocks rather than half-days.

The valley as a whole is our main service area. If you're somewhere in the KV — whether that's Nauwigewauk, Norton, Titusville, or anywhere along the Kennebecasis — we'll come out for a site visit.
